AN AGENT WHO LIKES TO WORK HARD

    

The first thing we noticed about Ken is his high level of energy. Not only does he like to work, he likes to work hard. Ken focused that energy and work on trying to sell our property and kept it up until it was sold.

We were pleasently shocked when he valued our house at a much higher price than we expected, and in the end, he sold it for $21,000. more than the best figure we had in mind. (OK, so we were not very informed about current prices, but we might have lost a bundle if it hadn't been for Ken.

The second thing we noticed is the amount of advertising Ken does to expose his clients' properties. Also, Ken kept us up to date on queries from potential buyers and the general state of the market. 

Finally, after the sale was made, he assisted in the purchase of our new house and took an interest in our move.
